To generate your Vedic astrology chart and personalized readings, we collect your birth details: date, time, and place of birth. If you purchase a reading, we also collect your email address to deliver your report. For registered accounts, we store your email and any saved charts.

Your birth details are used solely to calculate your astrological chart and generate personalized readings. Your email is used to deliver purchased reports and, if you opt in, to send occasional updates about VedaSight. We do not sell, rent, or share your personal information with third parties for marketing purposes.
Data Storage
Your data is stored securely using Supabase, a trusted cloud database provider. We use industry-standard encryption for data in transit and at rest. Birth chart calculations are performed server-side and stored only if you create an account or purchase a reading.
Third Party Services
We use the following third-party services to operate VedaSight:
- Stripe — Secure payment processing. Your payment details are handled directly by Stripe and never touch our servers.
- Resend — Email delivery for reports and transactional emails.
- Supabase — Database and authentication.
- Geoapify — Location autocomplete for birth place entry.
- Google Analytics — Website analytics to understand how visitors use our site. This service may use cookies to collect anonymous usage data.
Cookies
We use minimal, essential cookies for session management and authentication. We do not use third-party tracking cookies or advertising cookies. Your privacy matters more than analytics.
Age Requirement
VedaSight is not intended for users under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 18.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. If you have an account, you can delete it from your settings. To request a copy of your data or complete deletion, contact us and we will respond within 30 days.
